Off season (Sept 15-May15)/non Holiday: Sunday-Wednesday: $400 per night, Thurs-Sat, $500. 2 nights minimum
Summer season (May16th-Sept 14th) $500/night, 3 night minimum
Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving are $600.00/day. 3 night minimum stay ($500/for other nights around the holidays)
Over 25 people there is a $2.00/person/stay charge. maximum indoor sleeping is 35, however rv's and tents may be used outside.
Fairview R& R will hold the dates you want for 10 days, while you check with other members in your group. Once you make a reservation, you pay ½ down and ½ 30 days prior to check-in.
Once a reservation is secured with a deposit, a refund will be given less a $50 handling fee when your dates have been filled. A security deposit of $500 is required at check-in and will be returned after you leave if there is no damage or lost items.
